Everyday payments

Pay your Idoom bill and recharge internet online in 2026 (ADSL, Fibre, 4G)

How to recharge Idoom ADSL, Fibre and 4G and pay an Idoom Fixe phone bill with Edahabia or CIB: the Algérie Télécom portal, My Idoom, BaridiMob and Wimpay, the bonus days for paying by card, and what to do when a payment fails.

Algérie Télécom lets you recharge an Idoom internet subscription (ADSL, VDSL, Fibre or 4G LTE) and pay an Idoom Fixe landline bill without queuing at an agency. You pay with an Algérie Poste Edahabia card or a bank CIB card, on the Algérie Télécom customer area, in the My Idoom app, or from BaridiMob and Wimpay. Paying electronically is also rewarded: since 1 January 2025, card recharges of ADSL, VDSL and Fibre come with free bonus days of connection.

01

What you can pay online

Idoom ADSL, VDSL and Fibre

Recharge your home internet for one, three, six or twelve months, or move to a higher speed when you recharge.

Idoom 4G LTE

Buy a new volume of data for your 4G modem line once the current one runs out or expires.

Idoom Fixe bill

Pay the landline phone bill, including older unpaid bills, without visiting an agency.

Someone else’s line

You can recharge the internet of your parents’ home from your own card. You only need their line number.

02

What you need before you start

  • For ADSL, VDSL or Fibre: the landline number the internet is attached to (it starts with the wilaya code, for example 021 or 031).
  • For 4G LTE: the number of the Idoom 4G line, written on the SIM pack and in your contract.
  • For an Idoom Fixe bill: the landline number. Algérie Télécom says its e-payment page does not need the invoice number.
  • An Edahabia card or a CIB card with internet payment switched on, and enough balance.
  • The phone linked to the card, because the confirmation code arrives by SMS. For CIB, also the internet payment password from your bank.
03

Paying on the Algérie Télécom website, step by step

  1. Go to algerietelecom.dz (type the address yourself) and open the e-payment or customer area link. You can pay without creating an account, but an account keeps your history and invoices.
  2. Choose the service: Idoom ADSL / Fibre recharge, Idoom 4G recharge, or Idoom Fixe bill payment.
  3. Enter the line number and, for a recharge, choose the offer (speed or data volume) and the duration. The amount is shown before you pay.
  4. Choose Edahabia or CIB. You are sent to the secure card page of Algérie Poste or SATIM.
  5. Enter the card number, expiry date, cardholder name and CVV2, then the SMS code.
  6. Keep the receipt. The recharge is usually applied within minutes; restart the modem if the connection does not come back on its own.
04

Other ways to pay Idoom without an agency

All of these use the same Edahabia or CIB card and count as electronic payment for the bonus offers.

My Idoom app

The official Algérie Télécom app (Android and iOS). See unpaid bills, remaining connection days and consumption, pay by CIB or Edahabia, download invoices as PDF and use Idoomly.

BaridiMob

Payment › Algérie Télécom, then choose internet recharge or phone bill. The amount comes from your CCP account. Update the app first if the option is missing.

Wimpay (BNA)

For BNA customers: recharge Idoom or pay the landline bill from your BNA account in the Wimpay app.

Agency card terminal

Algérie Télécom commercial agencies take Edahabia and CIB on their payment terminals, which also counts as electronic payment.

05

Which way to pay? A quick chooser

You already use BaridiMob

Pay there: no extra account, and the code comes inside the app. It covers internet recharges and the landline bill.

You want invoices and history

Use My Idoom or the customer area: they keep your bills, PDFs and remaining days in one place.

You have a CIB card

The website or My Idoom. Have the internet payment password from your bank ready before you start.

No card at all

Pay in cash at an Algérie Télécom agency. You will not get the e-payment bonus.

06

The bonus for paying by card

Algérie Télécom rewards electronic payment to pull customers away from counters. The rules change with each campaign, so check the current offer on algerietelecom.dz before you pay. The two most recent schemes reported in the press were:

  • Since 1 January 2025 (ADSL, VDSL and Fibre, paid on the customer area, My Idoom, BaridiMob, Wimpay or an agency terminal): 3 free days for a one-month recharge, 12 days for three months, 24 days for six months and 48 days for twelve months.
  • Summer 2024 scheme: 10% extra for ADSL and Fibre recharged before expiry or within 48 hours after it, and 20% extra data on Idoom 4G (for example 40 GB + 8 GB for 1,000 DA) under the same 48-hour condition.
  • Paying a landline bill electronically also earned free internet days in 2024 (one day per 250 DA paid).
  • In practice: recharge before your subscription runs out, and prefer longer periods if you can, because the bonus grows faster than the duration.
07

Out of days before payday: Idoomly

Idoomly is Algérie Télécom’s emergency recharge for ADSL and Fibre subscribers. It gives you temporary access when the subscription has run out, and the time is settled at your next recharge. In 2020 the window was extended from 36 to 96 hours. Today it is offered in the My Idoom app; the length and conditions are shown there before you confirm.

08

Unpaid landline bills

In November 2025 Algérie Télécom asked subscribers with overdue Idoom Fixe bills to settle them quickly, warning that unpaid lines can be temporarily cut. Old bills show up when you enter the number on the e-payment page or in My Idoom, and you can pay them the same way as the current bill. If an amount looks wrong, ask before paying: call 12 or visit an agency with the bill.

09

Paying Idoom from abroad

The Algérie Télécom pages open from any country, but the payment step only takes Algerian Edahabia and CIB cards. If you live abroad and keep an Algerian card, you can recharge your family’s internet from anywhere, as long as the SMS code reaches you. With only a foreign Visa or Mastercard, the simplest route is a relative in Algeria paying from BaridiMob or at an agency.

  • Keep the phone number linked to your card active, or update it with Algérie Poste or your bank before you travel.
  • Write down your family’s landline number and Idoom offer, so you can recharge without asking them each time.
  • Avoid paying strangers on social media to “recharge for you”: there is no official reseller who needs your card details.
10

When the payment fails

  • Internet payment is not enabled on the card. Ask your bank, or Algérie Poste for Edahabia.
  • The phone number linked to the card is outdated, so the SMS code never arrives.
  • The card balance is too low, or the daily online payment limit is already used.
  • CIB: the internet payment password is missing or wrong.
  • The line number was mistyped. Check it on an old bill before trying again.
  • Several failed attempts in a row can block online use of the card for a while. Wait, or pay from BaridiMob instead.
11

Money debited but no recharge

  • Wait a little and restart the modem: recharges sometimes take a few minutes to reach the line.
  • Note the transaction number, amount and time from the receipt or SMS.
  • Call Algérie Télécom on 12 with these details, or go to an agency.
  • For a CIB payment you can also contact SATIM on 3020; for Edahabia or BaridiMob, Algérie Poste on 1530.
  • Do not wait too long: card disputes for Algérie Télécom payments must be filed within 90 days, according to Algérie Poste’s tariff conditions reported in 2026.
12

Avoiding fake Idoom payment pages

Important

  • Start from algerietelecom.dz or the official My Idoom app, not from a link received on WhatsApp or in a Facebook ad.
  • On the card step the address must belong to Algérie Poste (poste.dz) or SATIM (satim.dz).
  • Algérie Télécom, Algérie Poste and banks never ask for your PIN or the SMS code by phone or chat.
  • Be wary of “free speed boost” or “double data” pages that ask for card details: real offers appear on the official site and app.
