Paying AADL online in 2026: rent and charges with Edahabia or CIB
What you need from your payment notice, the steps on the Gestimmo portal, the other ways to pay, and what to do when the payment fails.
Tenants of delivered AADL homes pay their monthly rent and charges to Gestimmo, the AADL management company. You can pay online at any hour with an Algérie Poste Edahabia card or a bank CIB card, without queuing at a post office. The whole payment takes a few minutes if you have your notice and your phone at hand.

What you need before you start
- Your dossier number (the code printed on your AADL payment notice).
- The invoice number (N° avis de paiement) and the exact amount due.
- An Edahabia card or a CIB card with internet payment enabled and enough balance.
- The phone number linked to the card, which receives the one-time SMS code.

Paying on the Gestimmo portal, step by step
- Open aadlgestimmo.dz/epayement and check that the address starts with https://.
- Enter your dossier number, the invoice number and the exact amount. If you lost the notice, use the consultation option with your dossier number to see what is due.
- Check the summary, accept the terms of use, fill in the captcha and press Pay.
- On the secure payment page, choose Edahabia or CIB and enter the 16-digit card number, expiry date, CVV2 and the name on the card.
- Type the code received by SMS to confirm.
- Download the PDF receipt straight away. It is your proof if the payment does not show up later.

Other ways to pay AADL
BaridiMob
The Algérie Poste app has an AADL payments section that debits your CCP account.
Post office or CPA agency
Pay in cash or by card at a post office, or at a CPA branch with your dossier number.
Gestimmo office
For several months of arrears or a disputed amount, go to the Gestimmo office in your city with your notices.

When the payment fails
- "This invoice does not exist": the month’s invoice is often not generated yet at the start of the month. Check the dossier number for extra spaces and try again a few days later.
- Paid but still shown as unpaid: wait 24 to 48 hours, keep the receipt, then contact the Gestimmo office.
- Connection cut during payment: do not pay twice. A failed debit is normally refunded automatically; check your card statement before retrying.
- No SMS code: the phone number linked to your card is probably outdated. Update it at a post office for Edahabia or at your bank for CIB.
- The online code is not the same as the 4-digit ATM PIN.

AADL 3 tranches are a different payment
The Gestimmo portal is for rent and charges on homes already handed over. AADL 3 subscribers pay their purchase tranches through the instructions in their personal space on the AADL 3 platform. Follow the amounts and deadlines shown there, not those of a rent notice.

Frequently asked
Are there fees for paying AADL online?
Gestimmo does not announce any fee for paying on its portal. Your bank or Algérie Poste may still apply its usual card fees.
Can I pay AADL from abroad?
Only with an Algerian Edahabia or CIB card. Foreign Visa or Mastercard cards are not accepted on the portal, so diaspora owners usually ask a relative in Algeria to pay with their card or BaridiMob.
Can I pay several months at once?
The portal pays one notice at a time. For arrears covering several months, the Gestimmo office can give you the full amount and settle it in one go.
