Mobilis e-payment in 2026: top up Flexy and pay your bill online

How the Mobilis e-payment portal works with Edahabia and CIB cards, what it costs, and what to try when the card is refused.

Mobilis lets you top up a prepaid line (Flexy), send credit to another number and pay a postpaid bill online, with an Algérie Poste Edahabia card or a bank CIB card. The service is free and starts at 100 DA, so you no longer need a shop to recharge.

02 Everyday payments

Paying on e-paiement.mobilis.dz, step by step

  • Open e-paiement.mobilis.dz and sign in to your client space with your phone number and the 5-digit security code sent to you.
  • Choose top-up or bill payment and enter the amount before selecting the card.
  • Accept the terms of use and choose Edahabia or CIB.
  • Enter the card number, expiry date, cardholder name and the CVV2 on the back.
  • Confirm with the SMS code from your bank or Algérie Poste and keep the receipt.

03 Everyday payments

When the card is refused

  • Internet payment is not enabled on the card. Ask your bank, or Algérie Poste for Edahabia.
  • The phone number linked to the card is outdated, so the SMS code never arrives.
  • The amount is below the 100 DA minimum.
  • The card balance is too low or the card has expired.

Frequently asked

Does Mobilis charge a fee for online payment?

No. Mobilis presents the e-payment service as free. Your card issuer may still apply its usual fees.

Can I recharge someone else’s Mobilis line?

Yes. Flexy top-up online can send credit to any Mobilis number, not only yours.

Can I pay from BaridiMob instead?

Edahabia holders can identify with their BaridiMob account during the payment. The amount is then debited from the CCP account linked to the card.
