Djezzy online top-up in 2026: recharge Flexy and pay your bill by card
How to top up a Djezzy line and pay a postpaid bill with Edahabia, CIB or a Visa card: the Djezzy App and website, BaridiMob, post office ATMs, paying from abroad, the useful codes, Tranquilo emergency credit, and fixes when a payment fails.
Djezzy customers can top up a prepaid line and pay a postpaid bill online, without a shop. The Djezzy App and the Djezzy website accept Algérie Poste Edahabia and bank CIB cards, and since May 2025 Visa cards too, through a partnership with BDL that also works for Algerians abroad. You can also recharge from BaridiMob, at an Algérie Poste ATM or at the post office counter.

What you need before you start
- The Djezzy number to top up or pay for.
- An Edahabia, CIB or Visa card with online payment enabled and enough balance.
- Access to the phone linked to your card, for the SMS confirmation code. For CIB, also the internet payment password from your bank.
- For the app: the Djezzy App installed from Google Play or the App Store, logged in with your Djezzy number.
Topping up in the Djezzy App, step by step
- Open the Djezzy App and log in with your number. The home screen shows your credit and your number.
- Tap Top Up in the bottom menu and choose card payment.
- Enter the number to recharge (yours is filled in) and the amount.
- Choose Edahabia, CIB or Visa. You are sent to the secure card page of Algérie Poste, SATIM or the bank.
- Enter the card number, expiry date, name and CVV2, then the SMS code.
- The credit lands within moments. Check it on the home screen or with *710#.
Paying a postpaid bill
Postpaid and Control customers see the current bill in the app under the bill information button. Choose to pay it, select the card, and confirm with the SMS code. The same payment works on the Djezzy website. You can also call 787 or dial *787# for bill information, and pay at a post office counter if you prefer cash.
Edahabia, CIB or Visa: what changes
Edahabia (Algérie Poste)
Debited from your CCP. The one-time code comes by SMS from Algérie Poste.
CIB (Algerian banks)
Processed by SATIM. Ask your bank to enable internet payment and give you the online password first.
Visa (since May 2025)
Added through a partnership with BDL, for customers in Algeria and abroad. Mastercard was announced for later.

No smartphone

Topping up Djezzy from abroad
Since May 2025, Djezzy accepts Visa cards for top-ups and bills through its partnership with BDL, and the operator says this is open to customers abroad. That makes Djezzy the easiest of the three mobile operators to pay from another country with a foreign card. If your Visa is refused, check that your bank allows payments to Algeria and that 3-D Secure is on.
- Keep the relative’s Djezzy number written down exactly, with the 07 prefix.
- International top-up websites also sell Djezzy credit, at a margin. Compare the dinars actually delivered with what you pay.
- Never pay a stranger on social media who offers to “flexy” a line for you.
Useful Djezzy codes
Codes from the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications’ Djezzy FAQ. Djezzy can change them; *777# opens the information menu.
Out of credit: Tranquilo
Tranquilo is Djezzy’s emergency credit. The amount and a small fee are taken from your next top-up.
Tranquilo 20
20 DA valid 24 hours, 2 DA fee. Via *100# or the app.
Tranquilo 50
50 DA valid 7 days, 5 DA fee. In the app, when credit is under 5 DA.
Tranquilo 100
100 DA valid 7 days, 10 DA fee. In the app, when credit is under 5 DA.
Sending credit to another Djezzy number
- In the Djezzy App, tap FLEXY, then + and choose credit.
- Transfers range from 50 to 100 DA, up to 6 a day, and each costs 10 DA from your main credit.
- Transfers are protected by a PIN. The default is 00000: change it with *780*old PIN*new PIN*new PIN#.
- Flexynet sends internet volume instead of credit, valid 24 to 48 hours, via *707# or the app.
When the payment fails
- Online payment is not enabled on the card. Ask your bank, or Algérie Poste for Edahabia.
- The phone number linked to the card is outdated, so the SMS code never arrives.
- CIB: the internet payment password is missing or wrong.
- Visa: your bank blocked a payment to Algeria, or 3-D Secure is not active.
- The card balance or the daily limit is not enough.
- Money debited but no credit: wait, restart the phone, then call 777 with the transaction number. For Edahabia, claims for Djezzy payments must be filed within 45 days.
Avoiding scams
Important
- Install the Djezzy App only from the official store. Type djezzy.dz yourself rather than following links.
- Djezzy, Algérie Poste and banks never ask for your PIN, password or SMS code by phone or message.
- “Free credit” and “Djezzy gift” pages on social media are scams. Real offers appear in the app and on *777#.
- Never share the credit transfer PIN.
