Ooredoo online top-up in 2026: eStorm, My Ooredoo, BaridiMob and bill payment
How to recharge an Ooredoo line and pay a postpaid bill without a shop: eStorm and the My Ooredoo app with a CIB card, BaridiMob and Algérie Poste for Edahabia holders, paying from abroad, and what to do when the payment fails.
Ooredoo calls its online top-up eStorm. You reach it from the Rechargement link on ooredoo.dz or inside the My Ooredoo app, and pay with a CIB bank card. Edahabia holders recharge Ooredoo just as easily from BaridiMob, at an Algérie Poste ATM or at the post office counter, where the service has been sold since 2017. My Ooredoo also shows your postpaid bills and lets you pay them.

A family member’s line
The number you top up does not need to be yours.
What you need before you start
- The Ooredoo number to top up.
- For eStorm and My Ooredoo: a CIB card from an Algerian bank, with internet payment enabled and the online password your bank gives you.
- For Edahabia: a BaridiMob account, or the card and PIN for an Algérie Poste ATM.
- The phone linked to your card, because the confirmation code comes by SMS.
Recharging on eStorm, step by step
- Open ooredoo.dz (type it yourself) and click Rechargement, or open the recharge screen in My Ooredoo. Both lead to eStorm.
- Enter the Ooredoo number to recharge and choose the amount.
- Pay with your CIB card on the SATIM secure page: card number, expiry date, name, CVV2, then your bank’s online password and SMS code.
- Keep the confirmation. The credit usually arrives within moments; check it in My Ooredoo.
The My Ooredoo app
My Ooredoo is the official app, on Google Play, the App Store and AppGallery, for prepaid and postpaid customers. You log in with your Ooredoo number.
- Top up with a scratch card or through eStorm by CIB card.
- Buy and activate call and internet bundles, and see your plan details.
- Follow your detailed consumption.
- View, download and pay your bills.
- Chat with customer service from the app.
Paying a postpaid bill
Open My Ooredoo, go to your invoices, pick the open bill and pay it by card. The web self-care space at my.ooredoo.dz shows the same account. If you prefer, pay at an Ooredoo store. Pay before the due date to avoid outgoing calls being suspended.
Recharging Ooredoo with an Edahabia card
Ooredoo’s app listing names CIB for eStorm. If you only have Edahabia, these official Algérie Poste channels do the same job:
BaridiMob
Payment › Mobile top-up › Ooredoo. Enter the number and amount, confirm with the SMS code. The money comes from your CCP.
Algérie Poste ATM
Insert the Edahabia card, choose mobile recharge, then Ooredoo, the number and the amount.
Post office counter
Top up in cash at any post office. This Storm service has been sold through the postal network since 2017.
Which way to pay? A quick chooser
You have a CIB card
eStorm, from ooredoo.dz or My Ooredoo.
You have an Edahabia card
BaridiMob is the quickest; an Algérie Poste ATM works without internet.
No card
Cash at the post office, or a scratch card from a shop.
Postpaid customer
My Ooredoo, under invoices.
Topping up Ooredoo from abroad
eStorm works from any country, but it takes Algerian cards. If you live abroad and keep a CIB card, or a CCP with BaridiMob, you can recharge a relative’s Ooredoo line from anywhere as long as the SMS code reaches you. With only a foreign Visa or Mastercard, use a well-known international top-up service that lists Ooredoo Algeria, and compare the dinars delivered with the price you pay.
- Write down the relative’s Ooredoo number exactly, with the 05 prefix.
- Never pay a stranger on social media who offers to recharge for you.
When the payment fails
- Internet payment is not enabled on your CIB card, or the online password is missing. Ask your bank.
- The phone linked to the card has changed, so the SMS code never arrives.
- The card balance or daily limit is too low.
- You tried Edahabia where only CIB is offered. Use BaridiMob instead.
- Money debited but no credit: restart the phone, then call Ooredoo customer service on 333 with the transaction details. For CIB, SATIM is on 3020; for Edahabia or BaridiMob, Algérie Poste is on 1530.
Avoiding scams
Important
- Install My Ooredoo only from the official store, and reach eStorm from ooredoo.dz, not from a link in a message.
- On the card step, the address should belong to SATIM (satim.dz) or your bank.
- Ooredoo, banks and Algérie Poste never ask for your PIN or SMS code by phone or chat.
- “Free Ooredoo credit” pages on social media are scams.
