DZ Mob Pay — interbank mobile payment
Overview
DZ Mob Pay is the national interoperability layer that lets a customer of one bank pay a merchant or person at another bank by scanning a QR code. It went live in January 2025 with seven banks and Algérie Poste and was meant to reach 15 banks during 2026. Usage remained modest in its first year, with about 95,000 individual and 14,000 merchant accounts at end-2025.

Recharge with CIB on eStorm or in My Ooredoo, with Edahabia through BaridiMob, ATM or post office, pay a postpaid bill, and top up from abroad.
