National Housing Bank
Overview
BNH is a public bank dedicated to housing finance, converted from the former National Housing Fund (CNL) and operational since May 2024. It finances public housing programmes and real-estate developers rather than running a large retail network. At end-2025 it ranked fourth by total assets among Algerian banks, with relatively small loan volumes.
