National Agency for Entrepreneurship Support and Development
Overview
ANADE is the public agency that supports the creation of micro-enterprises; it replaced the youth employment agency ANSEJ (created 1996) in 2020. It is not a bank: it co-finances projects alongside partner public banks and provides training and support. In 2026 its schemes cover projects of up to DA 10 million, including a three-way formula where a bank provides 70% of the cost.
